Terms & Conditions for the European Bike Week 2026 Prize Draw (“the Prize Draw”)

INTRODUCTION

  • The promoter of this Prize Draw is Harley-Davidson Europe Ltd (“H-D”), who can be contacted at 192b Park Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon, England, OX14 4SD.
  • By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these terms and conditions. Any personal data will be treated in accordance with the applicable provisions on data protection.
  • The Prize Draw will run from 8thSeptember 2026 at 12:00 CEST until 12th September 2026 at 16:00 CEST (the “Prize Draw Period”). Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

WHO CAN ENTER THIS PRIZE DRAW?

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  • The Prize Draw is not open to individuals that are residents of, or who intend to export the Prize to, countries or regions that are subject to trade sanctions or export bans imposed by the United Kingdom, European Union, United States or United Nations which restrict the export of Harley-Davidson products, including but not limited to Russia and Belarus. Any entry submitted by such individuals shall be deemed void, and in the event that the Prize is awarded to such an individual, the Prize will be forfeited.
  • The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of H-D, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by H-D, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  • By entering the Prize Draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. H-D reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

HOW DOES THE PRIZE DRAW WORK?

  • There is no fee charged to enter the Prize Draw and no purchase is necessary.
  • In order to enter the Prize Draw, attendees of European Bike Week 2026 must attend the H.O.G. Zone or the H-D Expo during the Prize Draw Period and enter their personal details on an iPad as instructed by a Harley-Davidson staff member, to be fitted with a free wristband containing a unique number. Ten thousand (10,000) wristbands have been allocated for distribution during the Prize Draw Period on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Wristbands are limited to one per person and must not be transferred between attendees. Anyone found to breach this provision shall be disqualified from the Prize Draw.
  • At 19:00 CEST on 12 September 2026, in the Harley-Davidson Plaza, one (1) winning number will be chosen at random (under the supervision of an independent person) and announced to the audience. If a winning wristband is not matched immediately following the announcement, another number will be drawn until the Prize (defined below) is claimed. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be only one (1) winning number selected from all of the wristbands distributed across the entire Prize Draw Period.
  • Once claimed, the Prize will be awarded to the holder of the winning wristband on stage. The Prize will then be shipped to the winner’s closest dealer (dealers in Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”) only and excluding dealers in countries and regions referenced in clause 2 b)) where pre-delivery inspection will take place. Please note that there is not a dealer in every country in EMEA, which means there may not be a dealer in your country of residence. H-D will notify the winner when the Prize is ready to be collected from the dealer. The Prize must be claimed in accordance with any instructions given by H-D, including the provision of any further information which may be requested (e.g. proof of identification, location of closest dealer etc.). The Prize must be collected by the winner from the dealer within twelve (12) months of receiving H-D’s instructions. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with H-D’s instructions will result in the forfeiture of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen by using the same method as set out in 3 d) above, albeit the draw will not be open to the public.
  • If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these terms and conditions, then the winner may, in H-D’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternative winner will be chosen by using the same method as set out in 3 d) above, albeit the draw will not be open to the public.
  • Alternative winners selected pursuant to 3 e) or 3 f) will be notified via email and will need to respond to the email to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 30 days following the notification from H-D. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize and an alternative winner may be chosen following the same method.
  • The selection and announcement of the winners cannot be disputed.

WHAT IS THE PRIZE?

  • There will be one (1) prize, and each attendee can win a maximum of one (1) prize.
  • The Prize is a new 2026 Pan America Limited motorcycle in the ‘White Onyx’ colourway), including delivery of the motorcycle to the winner’s closest dealer (dealers in EMEA only, and please note the restrictions in 3 e)), applicable taxes (excluding income or related taxes which by law must be paid by the winner), registration and pre-delivery inspection. Please note that applicable taxes and duties may be different considering your country of residence. All costs related to insuring the prize shall be borne by the winner. Costs related to collecting the Prize shall be borne by the winner (e.g. costs of travelling to the dealer). Our standard motorcycle warranty (applicable in the country where the Prize will be collected from) is included in the Prize, but please note that warranty claims can only be made via our authorised dealer network. Please note that there is not an authorised dealer in every country, which may mean that you won’t be able to make a warranty claim in your country of residence. The list of authorised dealers is available via the ‘Dealer Locator’ function on the Harley-Davidson website. The above being the “Prize”.
  • The Prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Prize may be forfeited in the event that H-D determines that they are being misused. H-D will not be responsible if the winner is not entitled to obtain title of the Prize for any reason (e.g. restrictions valid in the country of residence etc.) or if the winner is unable to claim and/or take over the Prize as indicated above for any reason. In this case, the winner will not be entitled to the Prize.
  • H-D reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

GENERAL

  • H-D reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel a prize in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions of entry. H-D’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any amendments or cancellations of the Prize Draw will be made available on Instagram at @hogemea and on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/HOGEMEA/.
  • The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the Prize Draw. In particular, H-D is entitled but not obliged to publish the winner’s name and / or photograph in the Harley Owners Group magazine and / or online on the H-D websites and social media channels. Entry into the Prize Draw signifies acceptance of this, however H-D will not publish your name and / or photograph without first obtaining your consent to do so.

  • Should any individual provision of these terms and conditions be found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
  • H-D may use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to the Prize Draw. Please note that if you withdraw your consent with regard to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of this Prize Draw, the Prize will be forfeited. If you have elected to be added to H-D’s marketing database, you will receive promotional content with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • H-D will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website https://www.harley-davidson.com/gb/en/footer/utility/privacy-policy.html. Please note that a different version of the privacy policy may apply depending on your location. Please select the relevant territory on our website.
  • The winner’s surname and county will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. H-D may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
  • As far as the law allows, neither H-D, its respective associated companies, nor the directors, officers, employees or agents of the aforementioned shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever which may be suffered as a result of entering the Prize Draw, the provision of prizes, or any act or omission of any other person. This clause does not purport to limit or exempt H-D for any loss directly or indirectly attributable to its gross negligence or that of any person acting for or controlled by it.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
