Metzeler – it all started from here
In 1863 Robert Friedrich Metzeler opened a trading company selling rubber and elastic goods in Munich, Germany.
A few years later, the first motorized vehicles began to appear. These were bicycles with a little internal combustion engine, initially fixed on the front wheel and subsequently on the frame.
