Terms and Conditions for the H.O.G. Life Membership Offer

1. This offer is open to all H.O.G. Associate Members and H.O.G. Full Members that are residents of countries in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, excluding Russia and Belarus, and that have, or will have, reached at least 10 years of Continuous Membership (defined below) as a H.O.G. Associate Member or H.O.G. Full Member by 31 December 2026 (a “Qualifying H.O.G. Member” or the “Qualifying H.O.G. Members”).
   1. For the purposes of this offer, “Continuous Membership” means membership without any lapses or breaks in membership status. A transition between being a H.O.G. Associate Member and a H.O.G. Full Member shall not be deemed to have broken membership status.
   1. The offer excludes (i) employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and (ii) any supplier of goods or services in connection with the offer.
2. A Qualifying H.O.G. Member is entitled to a discount of 50% off the purchase price of H.O.G Life Membership if purchased between 00:01 (GMT) on 1 January 2026 and 23:59 (BST) on 31 March 2026 (the “Promotional Period“).
3. Qualifying H.O.G. Members will receive one (1) 50% off discount code via the email address and/or residential address associated with their membership. Each discount code can only be used once and can only be redeemed by the Qualifying H.O.G. Member to which it was sent.
4. The 50% discount code may be used at checkout if the customer is purchasing membership online, or via the customer support team (see clause 7 for details). The discount code must be applied at the time of purchase.
5. Redemption of this offer requires Qualifying H.O.G. Members to purchase the H.O.G. Life Membership upfront at the time of purchase. The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer or discount and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Qualifying H.O.G. Members who have paid their annual membership fee within the 30 days prior to purchasing a H.O.G. Life Membership under this promotional offer will be entitled to a full refund of this annual membership fee.

8. The offer set out in clause 2 above may be redeemed a maximum of 10,000 times. If and when the offer is redeemed 10,000 times by Qualifying H.O.G. Members, the offer shall immediately expire, and there shall be no further redemptions of the offer.
9. H.O.G. Life Memberships purchased under this promotional offer are non-refundable and non-returnable.
10. Redemption of the offer constitutes the Qualifying H.O.G. Member’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and any decision reached by Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the offering of this discount. Promoter reserves the right to refuse the application of the discount in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
11. Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, regulatory changes, or force majeure events. In such cases, Qualifying H.O.G. Members will be notified via the email address associated with their membership.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes arising from or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13.
